Japan is famous for Autumn colours, particularly Momiji Japanese maple. Even in the UK, although it’s very wet these days, Autumn colours get deeper and more beautiful.

I made these Japanese sweets in Autumn colour for the private order. It is great that the teatime with a small Wagashi can brighten up the atmosphere even in dark rainy days.

I apologize that I haven’t been posting much on this blog for a while, but I have an announcement. A brand new Japanese Market will be starting in North London this month and Sakura Junction is going to participate in it.
