I thought it was a weird wagashi with miso when I encountered Hanabina-mochi for the first time in my life!!! but now love it 🙂

I agree Hanabira Mochi is a weird sweet with the combination of sweetness and a little bit of saltiness. I think it’s brilliant idea. Honnen mo Douzo Yoroshiku! 😊
